Embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing and personal growth through Somatic awareness.

Our thoughts and feelings are not separate from our physical experiences and our mental and emotional issues become intertwined in a bodily experience.

The heart of this mind-body connection is:

  •  Embodiment–fully inhabit your whole self in the here and now and move away from the distractions of the mind. Feel a deep connection to your physical sensations, emotions, and thoughts

  • Awareness–observe without judgment the places you have tension and holding patterns. Develop a profound understanding of your inner landscape.

  • Release–let go of the preconceived notions and criticism that you hold about yourself. Access your ability to relax and let go of things that no longer serve you.

  • Acceptance–See yourself as you are in this moment and in this “now” body. Gain appreciation for the container you call home.

  • Agency—take ownership over your own healing journey and know you have the capacity to heal yourself from within. Learn to set boundaries and make healthy decisions about your body to gain empowerment.

Through grounding techniques involving breathwork, movement, and mindful awareness of the nervous system, explore how the body holds and expresses deep emotions and past experiences. Our bodies hold our unconscious and drive our current experiences and influence our felt sensations. Heal trauma, cultivate resilience, foster safety and trust, and connect to your own authenticity and vulnerability.

Tap into the wisdom of the body to discover sensation, move through discomfort and discover joy! Together we can bridge this divide and create a balanced and integrated state of being.

“Wherever we go, whatever we’re doing, there’s always a doorway to a deeper sense of presence and peace: being the body.”
